The Vision Print&Cut module uses registration marks to recognize the position of the printed material on the laser work surface. In addition, the intelligent program recognizes any disturbance – linear or non-linear – in the printed graphics using the intelligent camera. Using sophisticated mathematical algorithms, the system compensates for detected print distortions and dynamically adjusts the cutting path to match the original. It doesn’t matter if they are flexible or rigid materials.
How does it work.
Registration marks are printed along the image. The system uses a camera to read the license plates around the graphic, then compares them to their position in the cutting file on the computer and, if necessary, automatically adjusts the file so that the cutting line exactly matches the printout. No manual alignment is required, which speeds up your work significantly. This guarantees a perfectly cut end product.
